error with UWP conversion

I have a problem to make the conversion, my solution has two project, first one is the main process and the other one manage some predefined task. The problem is that the mobilized app give me this error "Handled exception: Project C:\xxxxxxxxxx.csproj needs to be built before processing it.", but I don't know how to resolve it 

Could you helpl me with it?

Hi,

This error message means that you have to compile the project before running the conversion tool.

This is required since we need to perform static analysis on the code and we need to make sure that all the dependencies are resolved.
